Location was good, close to some shops and the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly service.
The wifi was not free and the pool was small and crowded. the price we paid for the room was too high for what we received.

Excellent location, next to beach on the other side within some 400meters, shopping street on the other side within about 200meters. Breakfast quite good for a breakfast in an Italian restaurant ;) Reception staff very friendly, check-in and out was fast and good.
Room quite small and not properly cleaned, sand and dirt on the floor when I arrived.

Close to the beach, close to restaurants and shops, good breakfast (buffett), nice bathroom (far above average italian standard), parking place, pool, Austrian and German Television programs :)
Internet was too slow (too low bandwidth for so many guests), air condition only worked well after getting it fixed from a service technician in the room (we appreciated instant help). In the morning we woke up by the noise of closing other room doors in the same corridor (actually every day).

Good breakfast.
Cold room without any option how to heat there. Heating via air conditioning was not worked. We had ants in the room; in april on the 3rd floor !! Very bad sound insulation - our dogs were nervous !!

The hotel staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. When we requested a water boiler for early morning coffee, it was promptly delivered to our room. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with close proximity to the beach and shopping areas. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The housekeeping department did a poor job, as the balcony was never cleaned and towels were not regularly replaced.

The hotel's location is perfect, being on the beach and right next to the center of town. The proximity to both the beach and shopping areas made it easy to enjoy food, drinks, and entertainment. the staff were generally helpful, although there were a few instances where their straightforwardness could come across as impolite or rude. no one insulted us and all our questions were properly answered. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. The breakfast spread was great, with options to suit everyone's tastes. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating. this hotel provided a pleasant and convenient experience.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The front desk staff were wonderful. They spoke Italian, German and English. Always with smiles on their faces. The rooms were very clean and modern. The breakfast was great. Great location a 5 minute walk from the beach. Also close to shopping and the center square. I suggest the boat ride to Venezia for a day.
The walls are very thin - you can hear everything if someone is talking in the hallway. Parking was a bit tough to find at times.

In general hotel is ok modern rooms, close to the beach, private parking space, nice people at the reception desk.
Thing that I really don't like was the older guy at breakfast we called him 'Mr Important' because you cannot sit wherever you want (of course there where plenty of free tables) you have to wait untill he come to you and tell where can you sit...at breakfast??? I said to him that I want to sit in some other table near the window he become very rude and unpollite. Other story was 'Mr Important' where at the bar, we wanted to borrow glasses for minibar and ice in a cup he didn't gave us the glass because you cannot take it to rooms...??? So I asked the other guy from reception and he gave us cups and ice without any problems, they were plastic ones but better this than nothing. Other stupidity is there are no forks at table just knife
